During the tour, we shared plenty of laughs, and he supported us throughout, especially on the slippery sections. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience that I would happily recommend. Although some participants didn’t seem completely satisfied, I genuinely believe Santiago did everything he could and gave his best. The only suggestion would be that the tour description could better highlight that the route is fairly challenging, as the paths were more difficult than expected.
